The Two Witnesses of Revelation, Judas, and The End-time Greater Passover

“And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days….”  [Revelation 11:3]

Can we see the Book of Revelation as the describing of the Kingdom Passover? [Luke 22:15,16] The former Passover is but the shadow of the great deliverance that is to come. The great Passover before us is in the Catching up, the First Resurrection, and the casting out of satan. [Revelation 12 and 19]

The Greater Passover is nearly upon us. The cup of Elijah is turned up. Is his spirit now at work? If not his person?…..Two remnants of God have heard the Kingdom is near (coming), now a remnant will hear and see it has set in and make themselves ready.

The appointed last days’ Two Witnesses reappear after centuries in the greater presence of the Lord and full of the Oil of the Spirit. The Spirit, having carried the great preservative out of this world, its Salt and light in this Age of Mercy and Grace, into the first heaven above, these 2 representatives of Justice and Judgment now testify in the spirit of the Law for 3 ½ years. Now their testimony being finished,(in some ways typed in Exodus 12:24-27) then become representative of the Kingdom’s Passover offering, at the appointed place, Jerusalem. Their blood having been laid upon the altar, their bodies lay in the street 3 ½ days, when the Spirit entering into them raises them upon their feet, striking fear into all the hearts who saw them. “Come up hither”, the voice cried, and in a cloud they ascended unto the heaven above the earth to join the “man-child” with the Lord.

Revelation 11:7,8 describes then the great moment before the typed “death Angel’s” coming. “And the same hour was there a great earthquake…” Those who had been rejoicing in their death in “Egypt” were shaken by an earthquake as 7000 “firstborn” are slain.

Those “sealed” in the receiving of their testimony were frightened and give glory to God in Heaven.

THE REFUSAL OF THE WITNESSES’ TESTIMONY, RIPENS THEM FOR THE FULL ENERGY OF THE  OF THE WILD BEAST’S DELUSION.

Having been killed as a consequence of Adam, and so in Christ resurrected in the glory of the NC, uniting through resurrection the OC and NC worthies, with this the Spirit has removed that which was last that had been resisting the fullness of iniquity, “…he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed…” [2nd Thessalonians 2:7,8]

“The 2^nd Woe is past; and behold, the third woe cometh quickly.” [Revelation 11:14]

And so satan, his Anti-Christ, and false Prophet in full authority manifest upon the earth, unrestrained, and iniquity abounds. But above, the Seventh angel sounds, understanding and now knowing the issues, voices loudly declaring in the heavens, “THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD ARE BECOME THE KINGDOMS OF OUR LORD AND OF HIS CHRIST; AND HE SHALL REIGN FOR EVER AND EVER.” [Revelation 11:15] (Compare with 12 verse 10).

THE POWER IS TRANSFERRED TO JESUS THE CHRIST, AND TO HIS CHOSEN ONES. THE KINGDOM DISCOVERED IS THE REWARD FOR THOSE ACCOUNTED WORTHY. [Hebrews 2:5,6 with what the Angels had foresaw, Revelation 5:8,9] The mysterious kingdom of Christ in the heavens has then been established and celebrated in the events culminating in the Two Witnesses’ Resurrection.

‘And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed (both groups of remaining seed of God), which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” Revelation 12:17 with “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” [Revelation 14:12]

Now the Passover takes on the aspect of the 2^nd Passover of Numbers 9:10;11, as these remaining are “unclean by reason of a dead body” …..as it relates to the Jews (11:8) defiled by the Blood of Jesus Christ, they could have no part in the First Passover.

And as it relates to those un-watching Christians that are left out from being caught up with the “man-child” and face the fires of the Tribulation. These are they “…who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, and unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of Grace…”

JUDAS ISCARIOT BETRAYS THE LORD ON PASSOVER NIGHT BUT HIS EVIL WORK IS NOT FINISHED. AS HIS WORK PROPHESIED WILL NOT CULMINATE UNTIL THE AGE OF GRACE AND MERCY / THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES IS COMPLETE…..AT THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD.

The thought is to tie Judas to the false prophet, “the hired one”, as the “son of perdition”, whose destiny has not yet been completed, (Psalms 107:6,7) and is the False Prophet of Revelation who shall stand under the wicked Anti-Christ and have satan at his right hand. WITH THE TWO GENUINE PROPHETS, who like Judas, are among the dead, although entirely in two different places (as Scripture reveals only the Anti-Christ comes up from the Bottemless Pit). They are of the same similar state of existence, removed from this Earth but appointed to return and finish their appointed courses.

The Passover Bread, was refused by Judas, who drank of the Blood and ate of the Bread of life that brought condemnation and death unto him. Whereas Elijah and Enoch, seeing from afar, welcomed the Holy One. After the Resurrection, the Spirit of God descending in the Age of Mercy and Grace unto its completed work, will raise up from the face of the Earth the Man-Child wherein will be the sign of that Age ending and Judgment finally being wrought upon the nations of the Earth, taking the form of the Law’s Two Judgment Prophets emerging now greatly on the scene of the last of the first 3 ½ yrs of Tribulation with severe consequences on all Earth’s remaining inhabitants.

As the Spirit now transitions by separating the Salt and Light from the Earth on the one hand, and on the other He begins the severe countdown of the last few minutes with the anointing of the Two end time Judgment Voices of God wreaking havoc upon the World and rebellious ones aligned with the Anti Christ. The Two Witnesses  / Prophets unite the two plans (OC with NC) of God. These, although anointed by the Spirit and more powerful than all the forces of the Earth are yet mortal, flesh and blood, they must appear again, die and ascend because their bodies are not incorruptible. They are to be defeated by those then only who are immortal, the Two resurrected, the Anti Christ and His False Prophet who united with satan, will kill the anointed of God, and their bodies will lay days on the streets of Jerusalem for all to see and rejoice until the Spirit of The Resurrection Life stands them upon their feet and they ascend while all watch into the heavens above joining the Man-Child already caught up thence.

The Two Witness Prophets, having never yet died, must be manifest and martyred. Their destinies are interwoven with the Two once dead, now resuscitated to finish theirs. The Two bound to Glory, the other Two to eternal perdition/destruction.

The Two Prophets of God full of the Oil of the Holy Spirit

Even after the lapse of near 20 centuries, the Jews at their marriage feasts always place a chair and knife and fork for Elijah. In the celebration of the Passover, two large cups are filled with wine.  After the blessing, the second, ‘Elijah’s cup’ is placed before the master of the house; the door is opened, and a solemn pause of expectation ensues. It is at this moment that the Jews expect that the coming of Elijah will take place to announce the glad tidings that the Messiah is at hand.

Revelation 11:3 says, “AND I WILL GIVE POWER UNTO MY TWO WITNESSES, AND THEY SHALL PROPHESY A THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THREESCORE DAYS….” (Three and a half years corresponding with the beginning of the Tribulation). Zechariah 4:11-14 with Revelation 11:4-6: “These are the two olive trees.…And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies. These have power…” In the Power of the Holy Spirit, they exercise the authority of the Lamb in the final warning as witnesses of Jesus Christ as soon coming King of the Earth.

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the called out ones/Church on the Day of Pentecost was the answer to the Lord’s first Coming, Joel’s and Hosea’s “early rain”. And as the First Coming was preceded by the first coming of Elijah in the spirit by John the Baptist, so in the Second Coming, there is the preceding of Elijah himself manifest again in the flesh. And as there is a First and Second Coming of Christ, so there is a First and Second Coming of the Holy Spirit. As John was appointed from before his birth and filled with the Holy Ghost from birth, so Elijah will come again in the like Power, the Latter Rain will fall upon the two groups of latter day Believers, for testifying and sustaining power in patient endurance. And fill the Two Prophets of God, in accordance with the Word of Old manifest in New Covenant reality, Elijah and Enoch, the heralds of God, having never died, come to their appointed day with the End Time warning message, not in the power of mercy and grace in that passing Age in example for Christ’s Bride of entering into His Sufferings as the Rejected Messiah, as the Gentile’s hope, but in the Power of the Lamb’s Judgment Seals, causing havoc in satan’s new domain upon the Earth having been ejected from the heavenly realm above.

These Two Holy Messengers harmonize well with the extraordinariness of the history of Enoch and Elijah throughout. They left the world as no other mortal ever did, and here they are to be resurrected by themselves, and under circumstances quite differing from all other resurrections. Now reappearing upon the earth and being at opposition to the spirit of Anti Christ, and therefore at odds with the inhabitants of the World, are then killed by those two resuscitated men uniquely set apart as their counterparts. These holy messengers had completed their work on earth, the last two faithful Witnesses of the Lord, lying dead in the streets of Jerusalem as the entire World celebrates their death, for 3 ½ days until they stand up on their feet and ascend up into the heavenly realm to join the First Fruits with Christ Himself. And Jesus Himself is now to be their avenger. No more devouring fire issues from their mouths, and no further plagues do they inflict. “In that hour there happened a great earthquake.” It is a literal earthquake, for it overthrows buildings and kills men. “The tenth of the city fell, and there were killed by the earthquake seven thousand names of men.” Earthquakes attended the death and resurrection of Jesus also, but we read of no deaths accompanied by them. Those were days of mercy and promise; these are days of judgment.  A tenth part of the city is thrown into ruins, and seven thousand men are enumerated as killed by this earthquake. The Lord’s sign at His Birth was the Great Star as the Great Light unto the World. The Holy Spirit’s sign is Tongues of fire.

While Emblematic, Passover plays out before us: The Lamb Crucified, Buried, Resurrected, Glorified and Seated. The DAY of purged First-Fruits offering are now caught up, remembering the Lord does not come for the First-Fruits. They are simply taken away as were Enoch and Elijah. No Resurrection accompanies the removal of the First-Fruits. The First-Fruits will have no priority over those of the First Resurrection, the advantage of First-Fruits is “that ye may prevail to escape all these things that shall come to pass….”

[Luke 21:34-36] with [Revelation 3:10]….“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” The great event of Revelation 12, filled with additional meaning in the “Man-Child”, now the short Days of Un-leavening of those who were unwise. And will we say as some have said before, that the Days of the Holy Spirit’s Work was Completed, in that “He that hinders” the Anti Christ has been removed, there then is no Work of Mercy and Grace left? But what of the Harvest of Jesus Christ left in the Field? Are they not in the need of the Ripening, albeit it by the heat of the summer, is this not the appointed time of great persecution upon the remainder of His Body that will result in the great End Time Harvest? The life provision tool used by the Spirit in the World no longer hindering, Salt and Light substantially removed  (am I sure that the Latter Rain is not Millennial? I’m almost sure it is, yet is there not the continued work of the Spirit as it relates to the Christians who were unwise? Will He forsake those He has sealed? Though they must experience and be faithful in the 3 ½ years of the Worst of the Tribulation, can the Holy Spirit not both be present to do His enabling Work while no longer hindering the Work of satan? Can He not do the Work of Judgment upon the World while releasing the latter Day Rain upon those in great need? The question might be, “Why wouldn’t the latter Rain be before the Rapture of the Man-Child? Although the birth pangs are set in and the wise are warned thereby of His soon coming, those who do not perceive are left for the pain of the actual birth. The Wise are purged by the faith in the Age of Mercy and Grace, that Age closing, the one Work of the Spirit, that of the wise Man-child complete, that great hindering resistance against the spirit of the Anti Christ. The completing Work of the Bride must be accomplished, as the final End Times Judgments of Israel begin, both the result of the taking out of the way that which hinders, and then in the greatly advanced kingdom of the Anti-Christ, the fullness of Scripture of Isaiah, the floods of the Enemy rush in, but the Latter Rain of the Holy Spirit is the standard raised up in both groups left to face the tidal wave of the Anti-Christ. [Revelation 12:17]

Joel 2 and Hosea 6 speak of the former and latter rain, of which both are types of the outpourings of the Holy Spirit at the first and then at the second Coming of Christ. The Two Prophets represent the sign of that 2nd outpouring. An Outpouring that will correspond to the great increase of iniquity as the result of the great delusion, the great apostasy of the End Times, culminating in the Catching up of the First-fruits on the one hand, and the standard now with the End Times Judgments beginning on the other hand, (2Thessalonians 2), as the Tribulation period is the manifest evidence of a World now under complete rule of unhindered satan, to be experienced by the unwise, who therein will be enlightened and required to endure in patience (Revelation 14:12) and faithful Israel therein also enlightened and required to endure in patience, both supernaturally empowered in that Great Standard, Outpouring of the Holy Spirit that will  carry on into the Millennial Kingdom of Israel. Listen to the Words of Joel, Hosea and Malachi 2:17….

“Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment? ¹Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts. ²But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap: ³And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness. ⁴Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years. ⁵And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts. ⁶For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

⁷Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return? ⁸Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. ⁹Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. ¹⁰Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. ¹¹And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. ¹²And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.

¹³Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee? ¹⁴Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts? ¹⁵And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.

¹⁶Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. ¹⁷And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. ¹⁸Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. ¹For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. ²But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. ³And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.

⁴Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. ⁵Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: ⁶And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”

Israel then banned, and devoted to destruction as a result of their rejection of John, Elijah in the spirit, and the forerunner of Jesus the Christ. The curse of the Lord remains today upon that land and people,and will until Zechariah’s and John the Revelator’s words are fulfilled. The Lord Jesus wept over Jerusalem; He said days of vengeance were coming on it, and that they should long continue – even until “the times of the Gentiles should be fulfilled.”  So it is up to this present hour. The Judgment Seat is about to be set. The Age of Mercy and Grace closing, the Lamb ascends and begins the opening of the Seals.
